Minnesota, U.S., and all parties to this Agreement expressly agree to be
subject to the jurisdiction of such courts. This Site is controlled and
operated by AQC Industries LLC from its offices within the United States.
AQC Industries LLC makes no representation that materials in the Site are

territories where any of the contents of this Site are illegal is

above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded
by a valid, enforceable provision that most clearly matches the intent of
the original provision and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall
continue in effect.
Visitor/AQC Industries LLC No joint venture, partnership,
employment, or agency relationship exists between you and AQC Industries LLC as a result of this Agreement or your utilization of this Site.
Entire Agreement/Reservation of Rights. These Terms and Conditions
and AQC Industries LLC's Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated as
if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, represents the entire
agreement between you and AQC Industries LLC with respect to your use of
and material available on or through this Site, and it supersedes all prior
or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral,
